Late last night, enjoyed the small group chat we had at Fulltank Cafe. It was fun listening to them regale their many exploits and endure their many tormentors' oppression at their respective universities. It was fun! Thanks guys! :)

Shaun's leaving at 8; Quek, Bervin, Desmond at about afternoon. Have a safe trip back, guys! :) Stay safe!

Also, watched 'The Island' today. The technology and concept seemed chillingly surreal. The action, though a big adrenaline rush, was a little overtly ridiculous. That said, it was still an enjoyable watch. Ewan McGregor looked so much younger here compared to his previous Jedi Master role of Obi-Wan. The ending left me feeling a little short-changed though. It goes for the usual bad-guy-dies-good guy-gets-the-girl and to hell with the consequences of the hero's actions. So a big gang of clones just got released and saved by him. What then? It doesn't tie up the loose endings.

Everything is beautiful.... the sky, the environment, heck even the air. When is Malaysia going to ever achieve this level of progress I have no idea. Their idea of progress seem rooted to the establishment of more skyscrapers as well as more human-made aesthetics that adorn our many parks, roads, and walkways. They try so hard to emulate European countries but fail to realise that we do not need to copy but work on our strengths. Sigh...

Alright...i'm going to do some free-your-mind sessions. I'll post when I get back.

Today Jason, Nicky, 3E will be leaving at midnight to Singapore before catching a flight back home. We stayed at Grandma's place till the taxi came in the form of a Nissan Cefiro. I was expecting the Merc Limo like usual but I guess this time, since the entourage is much smaller, they decided to settle for a smaller vehicle.

Anyway, I wish you all a safe journey home. Take care and love always. :P
