A spaghetti-like noodle (which is NOT spaghetti, though I can't remember the name for the life of me) with a really big prawn... (i don't think it's a lobster...but does it matter? ) :)

Some noodle-like dish in Barca...

Arroz negros.... paella with squid-ink (that's what made it black). It sounds gross isn't it? That was my first thought too...and the looks didn't help much. But the taste was ... FANTASTIC :)



Crema catalana... catalan cream. That's caramelized sugar on the top (the brown spots) Very delicious...a definite delight!
