The ornamented and tinseled tree
And the presents down below
Amidst the air of fesitivity.
When friends and families gather
From places far and wide
To share stories and laughter
And sometimes the feelings locked inside.
Another full year has gone by
Everyone has grown
Oh, time really does fly!
Especially with those you call your own.
So, take stock of your experience
And cherish those close and near
That would make all the difference
Especially to those you dear.
As I look up into the sky
I reflect and ponder
And question why..
Isn't the world such a wonder?
On this day of nativity
